Notice pursuant to § 36 VSBG: Harmony & Apollo is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG).

Note: The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform (ODR platform under Art. 14 (1) ODR Regulation) was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.
